"21" is the Hollywood version of "Bringing Down the House", a fun and interesting book about how a group of MIT students developed their own card-counting strategy and would fly to Vegas every weekend and bring home tens of thousands of dollars. The book was really good because you got the real story and how it all began. The movie was pretty good in it's own way, but I wanted it to be flashier and more energetic. It was flashy, and somewhat energetic, but it seemed like more of a "made-up movie" than one based on a true story. The movie didn't really follow the book closely, but if it had, it would've been better. I think what it did was make me want to re-read the book. And go back to Vegas.
